Cartoons drawn by me and sent for a competition (year 1993) - 3 pictures
1)The economic policy which was framed by the then FM(Man mohan singh) and PM(Narasimha rao) is commented by one beggar to another.
The caption is - " I think the dual exchange rate, partial convertibility, 5 kilos gold etc, will definitely improve OUR economy"
2) The economic policy favored the Rich people a lot.
3) The world bank had lot of influence on the economic policy. Notice who is in the needle.
